How Fast Food Can Wreck your Diet

Almost everything in a fast-food restaurant is fried. Even if it is fried in all-vegetable oil or cooking oil that contains no trans fats, frying still adds calories. Opt for grilled items or bread options such as whole-wheat buns, flat bread or wraps whenever you can. Avoid adding anything such as mayonnaise or sour cream that will increase the calorie and fat content
