Deciding to take the plunge into
parenthood is perhaps one of the most critical decisions. For a woman,
motherhood happens to be an important phase of life and thus make sure that you
are ready for the same. There are certain things that you need to do to
conceive.
There are certain things that need
to be analyzed before you conceive and hence, a visit to your doctor is
of utmost necessity. The doctor would be able to suggest the dos and don’ts
of pregnancy. Your personal health record, family history and the data of
your medication is to be thoroughly analyzed as well. The doctor would need to
change certain medicines and tell you of the right diet for pregnancy.
Quitting Bad Habits
Doing drugs, smoking or consuming alcohol is not good for health
and it affects pregnancy. Smoking and drugs have often resulted into premature
birth of babies and even miscarriages. Tobacco is said to bring in
infertility. Alcohol on the other hand, is linked to the birth of
deformed babies. Hence, if you are planning to conceive you would
obviously have to cut down on your bad habits. If you are not ready to do it
for your own good, then you should at-least do it for the sake of your baby.
Say No To Coffee
It is true that excessive caffeine consumption is not good
for pregnancy and thus you should try to reduce the same. High caffeine
consumption often leads to infertility and is linked to miscarriages
as well.

a wide variety of ailments chiefly because of their errant

thing at this stage as many do not have the proper knowledge about
birth control pills.
Go To Movies

and family. In-fact, you would need to sit for hours and would tire sooner than
you imagine. Hence, you should go to movies and outings more

prepared for it, then you would obviously face small problems. Hence, start
saving a little cash and set up a small fund which you would need once
the baby is born. This fund would help you buy baby things, diapers,
nursery furniture and even maternity clothes.

often delays the process of pregnancy and thus you should try to remain
stress-free as much as you can. Watching movies, taking pictures
and reading storybooks are some of the things that women feel, relieves
the stress in them.
Job
If you have a job then you would obviously have to plan everything
before you conceive. Depending upon the pregnancy stage that you are at, you
would have to decide when to take the call for the maternity leave.

enjoy it while you can. Interact with your mother, sister or
anyone who has certain knowledge about pregnancy. Try to find

that might have been troubling you.
See Your Dentist

of your oral hygiene as well. Hormonal imbalances or changes triggered by
pregnancy may often cause gum problems as swollen gum and bleeding of gums.
